Polypropylene or PP sheets are quite similar to Polyethylene (PE) sheets in terms of physical properties, but PP is slightly harder and more heat resistant. PP is an elastic and tough thermoplastic, able to retain its shape after being flexed and bent repeatedly. It can also be easily shaped, formed and vacuum formed, which allows this material to be used in the fabrication industry and will produce high quality items that are used in many varied industries including automotive and packaging.
Features:
- Good resistance to fatigue
- Higher melting point than Polyethylene (PE)
- Stiff, rigid and non-stretching.
- Higher resistance to chemicals, and organic solvents compared to PE
- Very low moisture absorption, resistant to bacteria

Extruded thickness range: 1mm to 4mm
